Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature blue cheese stuffed figs, caprese salad with fresh basil and balsamic dressing, calamarata pasta with scallops and roasted chicken with gorgonzolla-marsala wine sauce, and vodka-infused pineapple slices. Only the freshest ingredients from local farms will be used in the preparation of the meal. The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea. Cost: $15/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature appetizers of marinated olives, pickles and pickled onions and jalapeno peppers followed by parmesan-balsamic-basil tomato soup followed by arugula salad with fresh blackberries, strawberries, warm walnut-encrusted goat cheese, dried apricots and gorgonzola cheese with lemon-balsamic-dijon dressing, followed by rotisserie roasted hen stuffed with bacon, apple, lemon and shallots with sides including French Laundry-inspired cassoulet and bacon and onion infused brussel sprouts.
