Business Networking Luncheon - January 12, 2013

Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. - Business Networking Luncheon


Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature a garden salad, fresh spaetzle with homemade German garlic sausage, fried white fish, and pomme frites prepared in a variety of styles with a variety of sauces.  We we will also feature a tasting platter including beet pickled eggs, ploughman's platter, pork brain sliders with tomatoes, onions and mayo relish, and sauteed calf liver with onions on toast.  The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea.  Cost:  $15/per person for Supper Club Members.

Underground Cafe - December 29, 2012


Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. - Underground Cafe

Our next Underground Cafe event at Shush will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. and will feature a four course meal with roasted bone marrow and lemon-parsley toast, salad Lyonnaise with poached egg and peppered pork belly,  roasted chestnut soup, home-made angel hair pasta with shrimp, garlic and pesto, and herb encrusted mustard rack of lamb with Provencal French beans.  The meal also includes wine and spirits flights featuring the "best" $3 buck chucks (actually wines under $10 per bottle) and infused vodkas (pineapple, pepper, ginger and vanilla).  This meal is open to cigar smokers - smoke them if you have them (not provided with meal).  Cost:  $50/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature escargot and shrimp a la Bourguignonne in a puffed pastry, crab bisque with king crab beinets, calamarata pasta with seared sea scallops, oyster mushrooms and gorgonzola cream sauce, and herb encrusted mustard rack of lamb with Provencal French beans.  The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea.  Cost:  $15/per person for Supper Club Members.
