Business Networking Luncheon - January 12, 2013

Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. - Business Networking Luncheon


Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature a garden salad, fresh spaetzle with homemade German garlic sausage, fried white fish, and pomme frites prepared in a variety of styles with a variety of sauces.  We we will also feature a tasting platter including beet pickled eggs, ploughman's platter, pork brain sliders with tomatoes, onions and mayo relish, and sauteed calf liver with onions on toast.  The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea.  Cost:  $15/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Underground Cafe event at Shush will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. and will feature a four course meal with roasted bone marrow and lemon-parsley toast, salad Lyonnaise with poached egg and peppered pork belly,  roasted chestnut soup, home-made angel hair pasta with shrimp, garlic and pesto, and herb encrusted mustard rack of lamb with Provencal French beans.  The meal also includes wine and spirits flights featuring the "best" $3 buck chucks (actually wines under $10 per bottle) and infused vodkas (pineapple, pepper, ginger and vanilla).  This meal is open to cigar smokers - smoke them if you have them (not provided with meal).  Cost:  $50/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature blue cheese stuffed figs, caprese salad with fresh basil and balsamic dressing, calamarata pasta with scallops and roasted chicken with gorgonzolla-marsala wine sauce, and vodka-infused pineapple slices.  Only the freshest ingredients from local farms will be used in the preparation of the meal.  The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea.  Cost:  $15/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Business Networking Luncheon event at Shush will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. and will feature appetizers of marinated olives, pickles and pickled onions and jalapeno peppers followed by parmesan-balsamic-basil tomato soup followed by arugula salad with fresh blackberries, strawberries, warm walnut-encrusted goat cheese, dried apricots and gorgonzola cheese with lemon-balsamic-dijon dressing, followed by rotisserie roasted hen stuffed with bacon, apple, lemon and shallots with sides including French Laundry-inspired cassoulet and bacon and onion infused brussel sprouts.  Only the freshest ingredients from local farms will be used in the preparation of the meal.  The meal also includes a lemon water and ice tea.  Cost:  $15/per person for Supper Club Members.

Our next Underground Cafe event at Shush will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. and will feature a four course meal with tapas, fresh vine ripened tomatoes and chicken marsala.  Only the freshest ingredients from local farms will be used in the preparation of the meal.  The meal also includes a wine flight featuring Californian wines and a Missouri dessert ice wine.  Cost:  $50/per person for Supper Club Members.
